ok first of all i've decided to make a decision hit the ****in gym

this is how i look right now

i used to have big biceps and triceps 3/4 years ago but i lost them when i stopped training, i was using creatine and that helped alot too. also i grew a gut which i'm trying to get rid of.

what do u guys think i should work out more, i'm kinda skinny... needless to say that i get rejected all the time, i'm becoming old i'm 29 so i don't know if i will still have the body i want to have... i will give a try at least.

my facial features are not the best so maybe if i work out and develop a more toned body and get some tan i can work with what i have. my self-esteem is **** right now, because i dont like what i see in the mirror nor do they.


next step, i will try to buy some creatine and aminoacids too, but this later on, just to help me on my path to achieve the body i want accompanied by a good diet of course.


its good that this forum exists, i've read diesel threads and they are great. thanks guys

Taking initiatrive to get in shape is a good thing, but that line right there says it all.

Your self-esteem is being mirrored in your body language. Chicks can sens that you aren't confident.


Hit the gym and you'll get your mojo back. Fvck the one's who say sh!t.... you don't want them.

work out to get ur confidence up.

but being in shape and looks is like 20% realy, its all about game.

im in phenomenal shape best ive been my whole life, every guy says "wow i bet u get lots of girls i wanna look like u" but infact less inshape guys are way better at gettin chicks than me. why? cuz they got game.

you need confidence and u need game.

Your body looks ok in those photos, not great but nothing to be ashamed of.

My suggestions:
- lose the sunglasses when it's dark
- get a tan
- wear pants that go down to your shoes. They look far too short right now??
- Change the facial hair, or get rid of it altogether

honestly man you look like you try too hard. shirt unbuttoned halfway down? all black? sunglasses at night?

Come on man.

Hit the gym for sure. Dont worry about bulking. Get on a good 3 day split lifting program, follow a good diet and eat alot of protein and the muscle will come while you lose the fat. Dont fvk with creatine, that sh1t is garbage in my eyes. Just stay consistant. And remember to squat and deadlift. Dont just work your arms.


Its good to see your ready to make some progress.

btw stop smoking those dirty ass scumbag cigs.

I agree with Turki, lose the facial hair. It makes your chin look very small and because of that your face looks disproportianal, especially in the last two pics. Without the facial hair you'd definatly have an average or better face. Your biggest problem here is probably your clothes though man, seriously, they're way to small. If you wanna wear a tight shirt that's fine, but don't just buy a shirt thats too small for you, buy something that's made to fit tight against your body, the shirt you're wearing in the pics is definatly not made for that, it's something that should be loose and casual. And just never wear tight/small pants...trust me. Tight pants will make your legs look skinny, even though you might have some muscular legs. Though your pants aren't too tight, they are definatly not long enough. If they're not meant to be full-sized pants, then they need to be shorter, because this is just stupid, and not the hip-hop kind of stupid. The sunglasses look fine on you, but please, don't wear them at night, I hate it when people do that. Everybody knows you want to look cool when you do that, because it has absolutly no practical use.

I don't think you look very skinny, I think you're average looking, but you could use some extra muscle. By lowering your body-fat you'll probably also make your face look more masculine, because you can see more of the bonestructure, like the jaw- and cheekbones(big reason why women find johnny depp attractive, personally I think he looks like a drug-addict, but that's a whole different story). So basically, I think you need to change your style more than anything. Putting on some muscle and lowering your Body-fat will definatly help though and exercising will make you feel better about yourself and everything around you, so it's a real good idea.

About exercising...if you already had big arms I guess you know how to exercise, so just train hard. Also make sure you get enough protein in, drink lots of skin milk, eat alot of egg(whites) and if you feel like it, buy some whey. I think supplements are overrated and should only be used when you train hard but don't see yourself progressing anymore, but if it helped you earlier then go ahead. To get rid of the gut just eliminate most of the sugar and fat from your diet, only eat lean meats and maybe do a bit of cardio, but if you lift hard enough that won't be necessary.

Hope I didn't offend you with the style thing, but I analyze people and their looks alot, that's just my personality. I couldn't resist telling you these things and I hope it'll help.
