For a few weeks now I have been running, and doing training with my friend, (he isn't a DJ), we both decided that we wanted to get more in shape (well we are not violently overweight or anything, we just wanted to get fitter)...
Training with a friend gives you somebody to talk to about getting fit, somebody to share goals and achievements with, someone to motivate you and push you... Somebody to go through the whole damn thing WITH you... So if you have any mates wanting to get in form, get talking to them and start training...
This is a better way to get in shape... not physically easier... but MENTALLY easier... and sometimes that can be the most important thing of all.
