Ok here is the problem, 3 months ago I was in great shape with average to low bodyfat, hugh solid muscles (more on the boxer side than bodybuilder) able of bench pressing 130% of my weight for 6 times and performing well in the running department also.

Now after 2 months of inactivity and crappy diet due to professional reasons I checked myself in the mirror and I realized that Im getting close to the skinny fat zone, still have some muscles but the belly got bigger and I have a donut of fat around my waist...

Now what would be the best approach, start straight to cut and then restart getting bigger once better built or get back a decent amount of muscles then start to kick the fat out?

I'm mostly concerned about aestetics than performances in this first moment, Im kinda ashamed to admitt it but I believe I cannot afford my arrogant a$$holish behaviour in the bed room if I look like the average guy.
Plus its a pain in the ass to see myself as an out of shape man, the only thing which got better is the face, people tends to be more friendly and girls to be more open...but it doesnt matter since I cant see myself like this.

cut the fat.

After 3 months, the muscle will return quite fast. The fat will always mask though.

I'd rather look a bit skinny than have the fat on me

Who Dare Wins,

I've completely let myself go after binge drinking for the past month. I feel disgusted, I will be working out for the first time in over a month today. I think diet is the most important part to cut the fat. I'll be going back on keto - 25g carbs/day and compensating with tons of protein. Although it is not advised to cut the fat completely, I'm going to do it to turbo-boost this tone-up.

1000 kcal

25 g Carbohydrates (10%) 170 g Protein (68%) 24 g Fat (22%)

See I'm the opposite way..I'd rather build up some muscle first, then cut the fat, because having more muscle on your frame will require a bigger caloric intake, thus making it easier to lose weight. Plus if he's skinny-fat, cutting the fat will just leave him all skinny, whereas building up muscle first will make the fat appear less significant by giving the body a better proportioned composition.

It all depends on the level of body fat though...if you're actually a fat bast*rd, all you need to worry about is cutting fat before anything else.

Either approach would be fine though because you'll still end up in the same place when all is said and done.

Edit: Or, why not get the best of both worlds? Eat a clean diet, weight train 3-4 days a week, and then the other 2-3 days, do some interval training cardio.

It's a really stupid idea to cut your fat intake so much, your body needs fat to synthesize hormones. It's not worth it at all

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
