Im egyptian and have curly hair

Im wondering if, once its long enough, will i be able to get Dreadlocks?? Will they look any different from other people that get dreadlocks??

Also do you think dreadlocks would look really dumb on a lot of ppl (i.e. would they look dumb on me ? ...altho u cant tell without a picture lol)

it depends on ya facial features as to if they'd look dumb on u or not...but even if they look dumb at first...they might grow on u (in more ways than one)

cuz some ppl with curly hair thats long.. just have a huge fro.. but when i put it in dreds itl hang down likle long hair right?

don't worry man, curly hair is perfect do dreadlocking. when you dreadlock your hair it's impossible that it sticks out with a afro, unless you use some salon products. it will hang down, so go for it. plus, you should dreadlock it when it's not too long (i mean, like 6-7 inches), so that it grows out already dreadlocked... it will look far better.

why do i dreadlock it early? i mean i know u said it looks better, but why? i cant really envision it

right now my hair just goes down to my eyebrow if i pull it........ its kinda weird cuz i havent cut the top for like 6 months... grows real slow it seems.

dreadlock it when it reaches the point of your nose or a inch below, dunno why it's better, but i've been told so by experts.

You may have been born in Egypt, but your ancestry is most probably Macedonian (I'd be damn proud to have such heritage). If you were truly Egptian you would have curly black hair and brown skin.

well wahtever i look like, both my parents on both sides nad grandparents and all my cousins were born in egypt and raised and lived there... ppl in my family have differing shades of skin tone. Some very dark, some like me. We all have dark brown curly hair.

i was out at the mall today and i asked this chick and she said she thinks a dreadlocks wouldnt necessarily be bad looking, but that it would be hard to keep clean.

I dnno... ill get some other opinions on what i should do with my hair.
