Glad to see their behavior is being called out. I see this in many young people. Hopefully they can learn a few things. A lot of the division we are seeing comes from mindsets like this. You can bet it causes problems in the dating world as well.

Maybe it's because these employers have an expectation from a time when you could raise a family with a stay at home wife on a 60K/year income... When you really look at what a lot of these jobs are actually affording these people I think you'd be surprised and that's when they are actually being diligent with their money which most are not doing, I mean Blue Pill Harry spends half his cheque on his high expectation girlfriend and the other half on bills while she spends her entire cheque on herself... Chasing after the traditional today will put you and keep you into a hole, yet many parents just raise their kids to be traditional anyways cause they don't know any better.

Today is the age of the cornerless, every single corner must be cut in order to get ahead and live like the previous generation.

I imagine spending less time in a class room, working or studying would help a lot with the social skills, there's a big part of the problem, solve that and I'm sure the social skills will improve, like 3/4 of these boomers commentary is not realistic or relevant to reality today at all, most of you come from a time of the less competitive and qualified than today.

Also qualified workers is directly tied to businesses getting sued or losing money, another point of contention, the legal system was less defined and leveraged 30 years ago than it is today.

I could go on. Inflation, housing crisis, all things boomers never even dreamed of dealing with, not to mention the crime rate adjusted for population density.

The more I hear about Gen Z, the less I am impressed with them.

I am a Millennial. I believe the Millennial generation has been a very unimpressive generation. Gen Z is even less impressive than the Millennials.

There's a need to try to have productive interactions in life.

Channel 4’s CEO, Alex Mahon, complained that the youngest generation to enter the workforce doesn't have the skills to debate, disagree, or work alongside people with different opinions.
And how is this surprising? If you grow up in an environment where you're brainwashed to believe that only one set of beliefs is considered acceptable and that anyone who questions the official view is intolerant, bigoted and "literally Hitler", how can you possibly be expected to develop skills necessary to "work alongside people with different opinions"?

They're a bunch of tattle tales who like to talk tough but hit the report button as soon as they feel offended.

We should bring back finishing schools. Honestly some older people need refinement too.

Both Gen Z and Millennials are lacking with in-person social skills.

Additionally, I have found many Millennials think using text-based messaging is always appropriate when it is not. There was an instance where a late 1980s born Millennial male friend sent me a text message when there should have been a phone call or in-person discussion of something. Even though I am a Millennial, I am an early Millennial and I did not appreciate the text-based communication in this instance.

There have also been instance where women have been over-reliant on use of text messaging. I remember thinking and saying as far back as the early 2010s that it was next to impossible to get women born in the early to mid 1980s to use the telephone for calls.

The bad texting trends that first emerged in the Millennial generation have gotten worse with Gen Z.
