Hey Sosuave! This is one of my first posts on Sosuave, I been lurking around this forum for about 2 years now. I was wondering what foods should i be eating.. well for cheap, I'm all out of luck with cash right now, BUT i also want to get big eating the right stuff =(.No need for cutting just gain more weight and mass on these arms and chest, legs =-D!

So far i just take a couple Fish oil capsules per day (i assume it helps since WarBossAlex states it is!) a multivitamin and 2 Teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil a day.
I don't really eat much, I am 5'7-8'ish weigh 147, what is the best in this situation? Oh I'm Asian b.t.w, if that changes anything! White rice everyday, is that good also? Thanks S.s!

Absorb it, apply it. Make a journal. Questions can then be answered easily.

Up your fish oil intake to 10g a day, you can increase it anything up to 45gish but 10 as a minimum.

Eggs are your friend. Im in the UK and it's 15 for a £1 or $2. Nice and cheap. Also get minced beef. 80/20 (fat content) is economical I believe. Fat can be rinsed out if necessary.

As for the rice there are many things that could be said on it. At your weight and height you don't have to think to much about it for now, just don't eat it in the last 2-3 meals of the day (carb cut off).

That should get you started, once you make a journal you can be helped further.

Good luck,

Quagmire

P.s.-I know you questions were more diet related but you'd do well to get onto a good weights program as well, which you implied you were going to do. Look in the vault for further diet advice and more healthy, food/meal options. I know A-unit and WBA have written on diet a reasonable amount.

Sainsbury's is the most convenient for me, I'd spend more on petrol trying to get to a Tesco's.

Iceland it is!
