Hey guys,
I haven't posted in a while since I don't have access to internet right now but I'm working out / eating hard.
I'm posting this because I want to cut out milk out of my diet, and I know it's going to be pretty much impossible to gain weight without my 2+ liters of milk a day. I need my 1200-2400 extra cals
Here's my diet right now :
8am - 2 scoops whey, 50 cl milk, 4 eggs banana
11 am - ground beef + pasta
2 pm - same shake
5 pm - ground beef + pasta
8 pm - same shake
11 pm - more milk or tuna + mayo . I also chug some olive oil ( about 4 tablespoons )
+ sometimes veggies
Supps are 10 fish oil pills 5g vit C vitamin B complex .
