Gaining weight without milk

Hey guys,

I haven't posted in a while since I don't have access to internet right now but I'm working out / eating hard.

I'm posting this because I want to cut out milk out of my diet, and I know it's going to be pretty much impossible to gain weight without my 2+ liters of milk a day. I need my 1200-2400 extra cals :up:

Here's my diet right now :

8am - 2 scoops whey, 50 cl milk, 4 eggs banana
11 am - ground beef + pasta
2 pm - same shake
5 pm - ground beef + pasta
8 pm - same shake
11 pm - more milk or tuna + mayo . I also chug some olive oil ( about 4 tablespoons )

+ sometimes veggies

Supps are 10 fish oil pills 5g vit C vitamin B complex .

So I need some advice. Thanks :up:

11 am - ground beef + pasta increase the amount of beef and pasta

see above, basically just add more calories to meals throughout the day. You may also notice that you'll actually eat more when your not drinking milk. You won't feel so bloated all the time.

Thanks effort I'll give it a try.
Thing is I'm feed forcing myself already. It's gonna be tough to increase portion. I'm getting 200g of meat + **** loads of pasta. I'll see how it goes

Have you tried light soy milk? The stuff I buy has 80cal 1.5g fat 6g protein..it is not very expensive either.

I do not know the difference between soy protein and regular...might be something to take into consideration though if you are worried about the fat in the milk.
