hi,

Ok, so Iam doing resistance training for almost 6 years now, therefore I am pretty experienced. Iam doing a low carb diet for 2 years now, to basically hold my weight stable, because I am a softgainer, so I got becareful.

My Problem:

since I started my jobtraining as a bookkeeper, I have not got so much movement as I have had before in my "unemployment time", sot herefore I gained 2 kg of weight, although I workout 3 times a week and go often for a walk in the night ( 1 hour just walk around in the street) to compensate my lack of movement.

It doesn't help:rolleyes:

So I also used ephedra, but it seems that my body got used to it, so it doesn't help either, besides, it is not possible anymore to get the good old Xenadrine RFA-1, which was just awesome.

so, I do not know how to prevent the weightgaining, any tips?

please help:eek:

you cant because your work starts to early? I think thats more of a i dont want to because it means i have to get up even earlyer, maybe you already get up at 7 and it means you would have ot get up half an hour earlyer, but if you wanted, you could still do it! Dont dismiss the idea so quickly!

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

if you get up at 6:30, you could get up at 6 like 3 days a week and walk briskly for 30 mins...

as far as not eating every two hours?? why not? 9 hour day?? that's only 4 meals... - 1 for lunch. That gives you 3 left. you're required to have a break right??? that's another one... 2 left. Pop a couple protein shakes for those two... bring a little tupperware with flax oil or olive oil to toss in them to slow the digestion, and you're in.

That's probably one of the most necessary ones. Trust me, the metabolism needs to be taught to keep going, and to do that you need to keep it going .... all day.

Yeah, this guy is totally right.

You NEED to eat more often to keep the weight down - your metabolism depends on it!

So, if you're just book keeping and you can have drinks (I'm pretty sure you can drink something during work) make smoothies, protein shakes, or anything of the like to help you.

Trust me, it will make all the difference.

umm.... if you load up on carbs before bed, or have left over carbs in your body, the glycogen fills up, adn then the carbs don't get used, and converted over to fat when your metabolism slows down for the night... in general.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

Adjustments to your diet can be made so that you won't gain weight, but I would suggest upping the intensity of your "walking" sessions. Why not try some walk-jog intervals instead of slow walking. This metabolism boost will improve your overall leanness and help with recovery from your weightlifting sessions. Then you can get a bit crazy if your diet and you won't notice as much weight gain.
