this summer im plannin to us a workout plan using only combat exercises, which means no weights what so ever. I've been convinced that this is a better more healthier way to gain strength without losing speed, as i play basketball.

I'll be using a pushup aid called Power Pushup 2 which basically make pushups 3 times as hard or more.

Also using a creatine supplement called Kre Alkalyn which allows 100% absorption of creatine.

The workouts plan ive formed consists of these mostly exercises such as pushups, situps, pull ups etc

Would the use of creatine be beneficial to my muscle growth? Im looking for a toned well sculpted Usher look.
Will i even build muscle by the end of the summer?

Im also going on a Low GI diet for my acne and better health. Will that affect my muscle growth? Should I use protein shakes as well?

yours thankfulli

you're 16 and asking about protein powder while using creatine?

you won't build significant muscle without weights with those exercises.

if you want to get 'toned and sculpted' get your bodyfat in order; join a gym and pull some deads like the rest of us, so that when your fat is gone, you actually look good instead of scrawny.

sorry to be so blunt but your expectations are unrealistic.

thanks for your reply WArboss!

well going to the gym this summer isn't really possible.
im looking for a workout plan that is easily accomplishable in any situation.
my bodies fine at the moment, im not some scrawny 16 year old. im looking to get just that more muscly and defined for end of summer. i don't feel that thats too unrealistic is it?
and at least i'd be getting some muscle growth by end of summer??? as well as endurance and fitness???

well i'll try anyways and post some before and after pictures lol.
please post if you have any comments.
any at all would be helpful!

to build muscle you must force the body to adapt to heavy loads.. you get heavy loads with weights.

if you're satisfied with your body right now and just looking for some fitness then you can achieve that with bodyweight exercises and good eating, but not much growth persay.

remember definition is just about as much about low bodyfat as it is about muscular development.

but please, don't buy any creatine until your diet is sorted out.

THere is no such thing as 100% absorption! Anyone supplement that claims this should not be taken in my book.
