this summer im plannin to us a workout plan using only combat exercises, which means no weights what so ever. I've been convinced that this is a better more healthier way to gain strength without losing speed, as i play basketball.
I'll be using a pushup aid called Power Pushup 2 which basically make pushups 3 times as hard or more.

Also using a creatine supplement called Kre Alkalyn which allows 100% absorption of creatine.

The workouts plan ive formed consists of these mostly exercises such as pushups, situps, pull ups etc

Would the use of creatine be beneficial to my muscle growth? Im looking for a toned well sculpted Usher look.
Will i even build muscle by the end of the summer?
Im also going on a Low GI diet for my acne and better health. Will that affect my muscle growth? Should I use protein shakes as well?
