It's been done.. Some pro athletes (football players) have done it.
They were able to get their size without the use of major weights and such (meaning they would use their own body mass against them)
I forget what it's called, but what would be the best exercises they did?
I sorta hate the gym and lifting weights, ill use a dumbell and stuff, but I'm mad small as it is, when i get to be buff, i want to try to do it sans most weights, and do it on my own plan. It's a personal goal I'd have to say.
