LOL DAMN IT, I want to gain mass, but the best way to gain mass is to BULK- EAT. I am going to start eating up 6-7 meals a day. The thing is, Ive heard about all that "eat clean, no junk" stuff but it does not make sense to me. If i eat all that food- like it or not- I will get fat. Okay you may say, throw in cardio. Now if I'm on this high protein diet and i throw in cardio, PROTEIN WILL get burned.

what do you guys think is the best way to get through this? Should I just accept the belly? Should I do extra ab workouts?Or should i just accept that some protein will get burned?

Which option would be in my best favor.

Lol.. You're confused. Clean bulk up man. Cut the softdrinks and fastfood ****.

You need not do cardio at all when you're bulking up. You will not get a belly if you eat tuna and chicken breasts, trust me.

Erm... right... oooookaaaaaaaay

A clean bulk will not make you fat when you know how your body processes it's food. You want to find out roughly how many calories you burn a day. Eat about 400 kcals above that, and if you're bulking cleanly, you will gain a small amount of fat. not enough to have a huge belly. just not enough to keep looking really ripped.

With a good clean bulk expect 3lbs muscle/ 1lb fat. if it's a really good clean bulk.

Change the attitude as well dude... gaining a few extra lbs when getting muscle isnt the end of the world. No cardio either. You've got to first have that huge piece of granite to carve your statue. accept the few extra lbs of fat, it wont be too noticeable.

Dont do extra ab workouts either

If you want to put on the maximum amount of muscle during a bulk you will have to gain fat. It can't be avoided unless you use drugs.
