Went from 180 to 194. Did 2 two week cycles of Mag10 with a two week off period in between.

Strength increases were very good. Towards the end of each cycle I felt like I could lift a freakin house!

I would highly recommend trying this stuff. Even though I didn't even get close to the cals recommended for maximum results, I was extremely pleased. Next time I do a cycle I'm gonna load up and see what happens.

Incidentally, the guy that recommended it to me also gained 14 lbs in the same period of time. Pretty damn good stuff.

I have a few questions....

Did you gain 7lbs after the first 2 weeks and then another 7lbs after the last 2 weeks?

Approx. how many cals did you consume per day?

Did you gain/lose any bodyfat?

How old are you?

And how much experience do you have lifting weights?

Peace

I gained about 10 on the first cycle and 4 on the last. I was eating a little more first time around.

Probably just above maintenance. 2900? They recommend 4000! I made the mistake of assuming that since I was eating 6 meals and felt full all the time I was getting enough. When I sat down and added it up I wasn't.

I don't have calipers, but I did go up one notch on the belt. If I had a guess I'd say 10lbs of it was lean mass.

My mom is always the first to notice when I hit the gym, and she freaked when I told her I had actually gained 14 lbs(she thinks gaining weight means getting fat). She swears I've lost weight. I've bulked up pretty good around the shoulders....great optical illusion!

How old are you?
Just hit 31.

And how much experience do you have lifting weights?
Well, I lifted for about 18-20 months (not including years ago in H/S), the last half of which I got a clue and started eating right. Made some good progress once I started eating.

Had to take about a year off due to work situation, just got back in about 3 mo. ago. Started out just hitting the cardio and didn't make the kind of progress I wanted to see after 6 weeks, so I said F-it and went to bulking. Glad I did!

Now that I have my muscle tone back along with a little extra muscle I'm gonna start cutting.

I may hit the MAG10 again when I go back to bulking sometime next year. Pretty good sh!t.

I'm willing to bet at least 10lbs. of that was water weight gain. 10lbs. of lean mass doesn't go to your waist.

Your mind is playing tricks on you.

D

Weigh yourself in a month and see how much you weigh.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

I honestly can only guess, but I gained a total of 14 and I'm only slightly larger in the waist than when I started. I based my assumption on where I was at previously and the new muscle I can see.

Well thats not gonna do much good cause I'm gonna start leaning. I need to order the calipers.
