LMAO well apparently it's not over between me and the mrs. Those who know of my previous post know that HB7 was acting funny and basically acted as if I didn't even exist. And the reason is because she's pregnant.



Now I know I'm gonna get ragged on and feel free (Just give some advice) but I'm quite aware of how much of an idiot I am. Now the shyt get's deeper. She's staying at my Aunt's house currently and DOES NOT want to talk to me because she's "Afraid to".

When in all actuality if the kid is mine the Aunt from H3LL want to claim it on her taxes. Which I'll be damned if the kid is mine that my Aunt will claim it. HB7 has already said she doesnt want to go the child support route but then again we can't really trust her now if ya know what I mean. I feel like an idiot for not seeing this comng and a bigger one for letting my own flesh and blood do this shyt. My Aunt has pulled this before (Her and my uncle currently claim 5 other kids on there taxes and get $1500 a month for each kid do the math).

Posting this issue in this forum because I'm quite lost at the moment on top of my Aunt saying, "If you try and talk to her were calling the police"

Now the only options I know of are:

1) Do research now on child custody if it is mine
2) Make sure the kid is mine (paternity test) :yes:
3)......

that's pretty much it....

Seriously though, how does your aunt claim the kid, doesn't the Mrs. work? Also, the fuk is up with the aunt trying to be in the middle of all this. Where is your mom to ***** at the aunt? How old are you? You need to talk the head of your family and get this aunt disowned if she is working against you like this.

Also, based on your previous thread, you sure she didn't sleep with a bunch of other guys and is magically pregnant by you?

Dude,

DO NOT DO ANYTHING OR SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL A PATERNITY TEST CONFIRMS THAT YOU ARE THE FATHER.

Tell her to get a paternity test otherwise you will not accept that you are the father, especially if she has slept around with a bunch of other guys.

If she won't get it (and don't fall into the trap of paying for part of it yourself because she moans about being short of money), then move on, she has your contact details.

Up to her from this point on.

@sodbuster - exactly how do I go about that? I'm sure they pay there taxes (although now I see why) buy h3ll it's worth a shot

@L.B. - I haven't talk to my mom about it yet and I'm 25. HB7 is employed by the army and as far as my aunt goes she is from my fathers side. My fathers side is so damaged and dysfunctional nobody is in a position to do anything. Except my grandmother who will only be stressed so I try and leave her out. The only other person from dads side is my aunt's brother whose a lawyer but he doesn't talk to anyone. My aunt has basically claimed all of the kids on my dads side for the $. I found out from my uncle (aunts husband) opening his mouth.

As far as HB7 goes it's pretty much confirmed she doesn't want to be with me seeing as we talked last night on the phone. But she stillwants me to go with her to the appointments and be in the child's life. I'm going just for the simple fact that if they do try and make me go I'll have documentation.
As far as sleeping around to be honest I don't know. I would like to believe it's mine but with the way things have been going I just don't even know. Most people will say "oh my girl would never cheat" but I have enough sense to know that everybody given the right circumstances and temptations are capable of cheating.

I don't see how it is in your interest to spearhead the paternity test. Legally, it will be her child. "Visitation rights", stuff like that, is from a divorce, not because you fathered a child. The only thing a paternity test could accomplish is helping ensure that you will be sending her a check once a month.

Who (including you) gives a s*** what your aunt will claim on her taxes? If I had to come up with a worse reason to make any decision based off of, I couldn't beat you. You won and I yield right now.

Your relationship with any woman, and a child are (should be) mutually exclusive issues. From what I'm hearing, you will not (should not) be having a long-term relationship with her. Therefore, the only issue is whether you will be required and/or want to pay the "18 to life" sentence, commonly known as child support.

Move on and use a condom next time. It can be really expensive and/or hazardous to your health not to follow that rule.

SPEND the money and talk to a lawyer. Find out the advantages/disadvantages to taking a paternity test[child support,custody],what IRS rules are,why your aunt would want custody of the kid,and IF you should turn her in.

BUT first, think about what YOU want. Do you want to pay child support? Custody? Full Custody?[think about what THAT does to your free time] The knowledge that he is your kid?

You don't need to rush....the kid will BE here for life
