Im on a fvcking diet and expercise program. Objective is to do this same thing for the rest of my life. I run, I lift, and eat healthy. I went from 246 down to 237.8 lbs. 34% bf to around 31% bf. That be in 3 weeks or so, and the routine wasnt 100% followed, and thats just saying that there is more potential.

So anyway, I want to get fvcked up! So I got Natural Ice, and Im drinking it a lone. There is this 800 number on the can, so I call and ask how many calories it has. 157 calories (carbs, and some protein). So, in a day I eat around 900 calories.

I know, 900???? Wtf???? This guy is startving!!! He should eat 3000 or so. Fvck that, my metabolism must be fvcked up. For a) if I eat 3000 calories a day I will be stuffed, and b) if I eat 3000 calories a day I will gain like 5 lbs a week.

Seriously, I eat 2 or 3 lean cuisines a day. 1 can of tuna. and some other **** high in protein and low in fat. Comes out to 700 to 900.

So now, Im drinking a 160 calories beer, full of carbs, and some alcohol (which is mor lethal than fat when it comes to calories, 9 cal per gram vs 6 cal per gram). Whatever, man.

When I find out what is the calorie content, I thought Ill drink just two. Now, Im on the 2nd, and I think I might go for 4, or 6. I deserve it.


I looked up online contents for Natural Light, and its only 57 calories, so I though Im gonna get ****ed up tonight without guilt, but no, natural ice has to be 157. My buddy told me its the lowest calorie content, so Im calling him tonight via MSN, to talk to him about this ****. Hes gonna be ****ed up too.


I like getting ****ed up!

Do the right thing 5 days a week, and relax on weekends. At 30+% bodyfat, you won't have a problem as long as you're conscious of your choices 90% of the time.

I'd infact recommend letting loose once in awhile, just for sanity sake.

That being said, you're not alone man.

Go to the health&fitness forum and accomplish your goals faster, there's some pretty knowledgeable people there that know the best route for you.

I know I'm nitpicking, but fat is actually 9 cals per gram and alcohol is 7 cals per gram. But anyway, yea letting loose once in a while is definitely important for sanity's sake, but you should be careful about it. There have been times when I just "let loose" that turned into a couple weeks of "taking it easy". Don't fall into that trap. Make it clear to yourself that this is only a 1 day break and you will be back in the saddle tomorrow.

Well, yesterday it was four cans. Today I woke up at 5 and done my regular running routine. Shower, then scale (I take weight, body fat, water, bone mass, daily and record it into excel). So........... the scale is showing 2 lbs less from yesterday's reading. What a nice surprise!

The scale is known to go down by 2 lbs at a time in every couple of days. It doesnt go down smooth. So dont think of this as 2 lb jump in 1 day.


Tell you what, beer makes you want to take a sh1t, and your breath stinks.



Ill drink some more tonight.
