Right, got the full test. I’m 41.

test - 20.8 nmol/l
SHBG - 39.2 nmol/l
Prolactin - 226 miu/l
Oestradol - 99.2 pmol/l
Free test - 0.392 nmol/l

the test says I am pretty much optimal in all areas. However there’s medical optimal, and building muscle optimal.

I have had issues with libido but that does appear to be directly linked to the stress of raising a family and a tough job. As soon as I’m on holiday away from that I start rutting like a teenage stag!

any comments on thrse numbers guys?

They seem pretty good...SHBG might be slightly high?

My total test level is similar to yours around 600-800 most tests, but my free test is significantly higher, usually around 18-20 ng/dl most likely because my SHBG is low, usually 8-10.

However, I am on TRT so this likely has something to do with it.
