So whats the deal. I was checkin out some chad waterbury routines and billstarrs 5x5 among others.
These got you squatting 3x a week (wit dif rep ranges/weight obviously) but im just trying to get the lowdown on these.
Right now im doing
chest/shoulder/bi
legs/abs
back/tri
Which im having decent success with but i decided im going to continue my bulk through the summer...who needs abs anyway .

this should be really easy
How effective are fully body routines in regards to making good gains as opposed to traditional splits (push pull etc).
