friend being a prick-should i appologize?

So we're in psychology class and our teacher made us play a group jeapordy game. At the end of the game in double jeapordy round...the teacher told us to write the amount of money we want to bet on a piece of paper. So after she gives the question, i see my friends group change their waiger. I wanted to win because I wanted the prize(normally its extra credit).

So I thought that my group was going to lose and my friends group was going to win...so i said that there group changed their bet. My friend denied it-and i asked him to swear to god that that was their original bet. It turns out that my group was gonna win eather way-so it didnt even matter what his original bet was.

So after class he like stares me down and walks out. When i walked out he started *****ing about how it was gay of me to say that infront of the teacher because it makes him look like a liar. He made a huge scene infront of everyone leaving the classroom and he kept screaming like a little girl. I said "grow the **** up its just a game who gives a fuuck" he then continued to ramble on...

now..i beleive that i am right in this situtaion and i didnt do anything wrong-at the same time i dont wanna lose a friend...should i appologize? i feel as if i havent done anything wrong...what do u guys think?

why should you apologize because they cheated?
shouldnt they be apologizing for cheating? or their behavior after?

Your friend is angry because you exposed him for his dishonorable behavior.

On one hand, I'd say that he should get over it and quit being a whiny prick.

On the other, you guys are still so young, so honor doesn't matter that much yet.

All depends on what your personal values are, how much you wish to uphold them, and how much your friend validates them.

If he was on the other team i would have called his ass out and been like "damn u gotta cheat to win? You suck". And left it at that. no point in arguing like some children.

I think u should apologize for making such a huge deal about it, he shouldnt apologize he revealed himself a lousy cheater so i think thats enough justice right there.
