yes easily possible with many years effort and hard work. buuuut as stated above about being shredded you have to remember that what is shown in that link is his competition form and he does not maintain that all year round. just like everyone else he would have bulked and then cut bulked and then cut many times over. so in off season he would not have that definition by far.

but it also depends on your body are you an ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph?

That's the key, whether one chooses the natural route or not. Even with roids, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication, contrary to the fvcking retarded popular belief that roids=instant Hercules physique while sitting on the couch doing nothing.
Genetics play an even bigger role than whether one goes enhanced or not. Aesthetics is much more dependent on genetics than say, strength, because you can't change the shape or insertions of the muscles you were born with. Sure someone with sh1tty genetics could get big and ripped, but they still won't necessarily look aesthetic.

I read somewhere that Frank Zane tried bulking a few times, but it always ended up in a disaster.

I believe I'm an mesomorph.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
