FR: Two set, successful number close

So I'm just in the lounge chilling and the bell rings and I open this 2 set of girls. I opened saying "Hi" you know that stuff, saying how one girl rode my bus and then I asked the other girl her name and she says "Sierra". So after that I just talk to them and stuff and at one point I remember saying something like "I could see this girl as the type of girl who would go crazy at bars".

But yeah, most of that was fluff and I forget why, but eventually I went and sat down to the Sierra girl(Think I was disqualifying her friend and sat next to Sierra as a sign I was more interested in her). Then yeah, it was basically fluff after that, you know I talked to the girls about college, asked Sierra if she had a job, she said no and I said "Ah, that's something we have in common, no jobs". At one point I also said something like "But you both have to be here for it to be fun, like Jasmine is one part of the puzzle and you're another part and it can't be completely fun without both of you guys" don't know where that came from, but I got a positive response. Jumping to the end, I ask the girl about SURPRISE! Rock Band. She says she's seen it and thought it was cool, so I ask her if she could come over and say I'm gonna call her and she's all okay with it. So I whip out the phone, give it to her and while she's putting the number in I'm like "But we can only do this one condition, you have to bring Jasmine". So in the end, I got Sierra's number and this is even more PROOF, that the Rock Band closer works.

I have a friend who is an approach machine and he is nuts. He will kill social proof faster than you can explain what social proof is.

A) you are in HS and don't go to bars. You've probably never been to one and neither has she.

B) it is not proof. you got a number. not a kiss, date, etc. When something like that happens from rock band then let us know.

I was thinking the same thing. Though I suspect in his case, he did get a number, which to me is getting his foot in the door. Not sure if Elstuds "Rock band" angle is the best, but what the heck do I know.

I agree a true success would be getting the chick to answer his call then getting a date (outing, what ever you want to call it) with out a flake.

I understand you see numbers as a success and all, but is that really what you want to measure you success in women by? Do you think anyone who asks you how you do with the females is really impressed if all you can say is "well i've never kissed a woman, but I get tons of numbers!"

What do you have to lose by inviting this girl over and trying to put the moves on her? Worst case she turns you down and at least you don't waste anymore time thinking about her. If you're not busy this Friday let's go out to lunch. My treat." If she says yes, you're in. If she says no, at least you tried.

BUT tis si the strategy young hot girls use: they give their number out to all the dudes that ask then when you call they tell you to text them a picture which they show to their friends for judgement.. if they agree you are cute enough they are pretty much ready to F you .. its 90% looks with young hotties, so go get some good photos taken.....

Well really I don't "ask" for the number, I just say "I'm gonna call you" give her the phone and do that sh*t. Agreed, numbers don't mean sh*t and yeah, but again, it's success.
