FR: Number close HB 9.5 without negging

Hi,
This is by far the prettiest girl I have ever number closed in my life.
So I feel it is worthy of some post.

I noticed the HB 9.5 is closely guarded by a group of friends, mixed set both guys and girls.
There are alot of obstacles in the way so I am aware I have to do alot of disarming. So I initiate contact with the most average looking girl in the group of the friends at first, just to appear really friendly. It turns out that it is this girls birthday. I wish her a happy birthday and once I have a short conversation with her, I am able to move onto talking to her other friends about bullsh*t.

I proceed to talk to the HB 9.5 very last. As soon as I am talking to the HB9.5. I am interrupted by one of the males in the group. He blocks me by saying "hey this is my girlfriend" appearing to be upset then physically pulling her away. Later on, this dude starts taking pictures of me and some of the girls in the mixed set. And then he comes up to me and says "IM kidding bro, shes not my girlfriend, and points at another girl, this one is, you can hit on her (HB 9.5) all you want".

So i proceed to continue talking to the HB9.5
I know the theory is that you are not supposed to compliment HB9+ on their looks. But I couldn't really bring myself to neg her. I was just straight up and told her that I thought she was "absolutely georgeous". She reacted very positively to this as I can tell she was blushing. However, I know I just complimented women on their looks whiich u should never do, expecting a quick and hasty shootdown I was surprised when she readily proceeded to give me her number.

This just further proves the fact the whole "Game" is far from any kind of easily calcuted algorithm where you can just memorize a few tips and tricks and always get your way. Unfortunately for us, life seems to have a bit more variables than your typical rubic's cube puzzle.

After reading your enligtening post, I learned that one should never be orthodox in his approach to seducing women. Quite the opposite, one must always be aware of the current variables in a social situation & change his actions accordingly...

You think it may have worked because you were ignoring her for so long? I did this once before when I was chillin with a group of girls and asked for all of their numbers except the target... it worked out really well and I actually ended up dating her for a year after that (she was also a 9.5 =] )
