FR: Last Night Clubbing

K so yday i hit up a club.
i went there hessitant coz a good friend of mine is a event organizer, throwing the party.

walked in got myself in VIP which was awesome.. for free.
kicked it there witha drink talked to my dude..
he goes away lil later so im left kickin by myself..the music was good.

i was about to go grab a drink when a bunch of chics pulled up next to me at the bar.
so i looked at the one closest to me smiled n said hi.

she was being RUDE! n replied with a nasty "HA!"
n i overheard this other from her group cutie say to her "hey, dont be mean."

then she tapped on my shoulder n said "sorry bout her she just broke up with her bf so man hating.."
me" no probs im just here to unwind have a good night and enjoy the music."

anyway we wait in line for the drinks..

just as its my turn to buy, the guy that invited me walks up behind throws his hands over my shoulder n says to the bar girl "this guy, any drinks all night, my tab..." walks away..very drunk..

she's like "ok no probs what would you like?"

me like, "um can i get a vodka on squeezed orange juice, go easy on the vodka, shaken till ice cold thanks.."

the cutie that said sorry to me stared at me like W7F!!!

just as the bargirl gives me my drink, im like "excuse me ma'am..
could you serve this young lady after me please..."

and pointed at the girl that snobbed me off, she was standing to my left..
the bargirl, like "sure"
the snob looked at me and i said, "not every guy you meet is an a55hole.. uv got great friends, you ladies look beautiful...enjoy ur nyt"

n walked away..

later on the cutie that apologised came UP TO ME! while i was talkin to another friend..<<i was checkin her out all evening tho, and i caught her smiling at me a few time...so i waited>>...
n goes, "hey i just wanted to thank you for that and apologize again. i hope it didnt ruin your night..blah blah blah"..i cant remember the rest.

but i said "no problem, did ya'll have a good nyt?"
she: yeh we did,she wanted to come apologize but feels like sh!t..
me: all good.
she: so you come here often? <<i assumed this meant, she wanted to talk to me>>

so i continued talkin and ended the convo with
"yeh im plannin on coming here for that soul music night too, put your number here and we'll meet up in between.."
so she did..lol
i gave her a missed call to check if right number + give her mine.
checked out fine..

and then i said bye left her sitting n walked away..

i havent hit her up nor has she..so...
anyway nice turn of events..but i havent been out gettin new numbers lately with the move etc..so..

Out of curiosity, why didn't you push harder for a kiss close/ F close? Sounds like you had a decent shot at it. But good job nonetheless bro, we need more FR's like this to inspire some of these guys.

tomoro theres a festival and she hit me up with a "hey its Ashley from xxx club, how you goin? are you goin to that festival on sunday in town?"

so i set it up with her and we're meetin up so im gonna get mine in..lol

You played this right, that's the problem with this site, everyone thinks if you don't Fclose or Kclose the first night, then you wasted your time. What you gotta realize is sometimes **** doesn't pop off due to logistics (her with her friends, bachelorette party etc etc) If your game is tight enough usually you can get things popping in a day2.

On top of that you being laid back and nonchalant, helped in this situation since her friend was being a biatch. You played this of proper by being a gentlemen

You could've put a C&F line rather than the usual "no problem". I wouldn't let go a girl who's that rude to me that easily.

yeh i felt that by pushin it that night it would just make it seem obvious what i was after ryt from the start even with the biatch friend...

so i wanted to continue the gentleman thing and got her number at the end.lol

Not to derail the thread, but what do you recommend?

I usually get rum and coke, or Jack and coke, sometimes henny on the rocks, sometimes a beer when I feel more chill. if you don't know what to order, just try random drinks til you find one you like

also, if you don't know, you can ask around at the bar. "what are you drinking?" "looks good, can I try?"

the thing about a screwdriver, at least out here, it's usually something you make yourself when you're on a budget, when you're predrinking with your buddies. trying to order a screwdriver like it's a martini is kinda funny

If I'm at a bar--I get Corona/Vodka Cranberry(the cranberry has good anti-oxidants in it)
If I'm at a lounge- I get apple martini or Grey goose cranberry
If I'm at a club-- Long Island/Vodka Cranberry or anything else

Great job man. While I do think it's good that you played it like a gentlemen etc which will do you favors later if you are considering her for a relationship... it would've also been great if you hadn't of ejected after you got the number. Should've had a little fun with her, danced with her.
