Had a pretty good first date tonight. Picked the girl up at her parents' house, didn't end up meeting them - texted her when I left that I'd call her when I'd pull up and sure enough when I called she was right out the door. Went to the first restaurant I was going to take her to but it was super crowded with people waiting outside so I suggested we split and go to another restaurant and she agreed. Sat across from her in a booth; conversation went smoothly, I qualified her and made her laugh but I regrettably didn't apply any kino. As we were walking to the car she goes "you're cool, you should call me again, we should drink" and I simply said "yeah". Drove her back to her place after a little over 2 hours together and she says I should park the car to talk, we're sitting there and she finishes her story. Tells me to call her again. I ask her if she wants me to walk her to the door (shouldn't have asked permission) but she says "it's okay, I just don't want my dad to see". She thanked me and kind of turned her body/face to the side where one side was parallel with the car seat and I kissed her on the cheek and she said "thanks for the kiss" and I bid her good night and drove off. Seems like I missed an opportunity, should I have put my hand on the side of her face and led her into the kiss?
Got a text from her about an hour after dropping her off saying "Thanks for taking me out!" and it's been almost 2 hours and I haven't replied yet. I'm not even sure what to say yet, guess I was put off by the cheek kiss.
