Mercenary of Love
Don Juan
I don't post on here often, but I came across a unique site that's not very easy to describe. I'd best describe it is as a collection of user-generated writing pieces across a wide variety of interests and topics, and while some pieces are inane, there is a good amount of thought-provoking pieces on there.
Relevant to our interests are pieces written by early/mid 20s girls, who write candidly about sex, love, and relationships. I just had to share some of their writings with you fellas, if only to reinforce what the veterans here are preaching and maybe convince some of the younger, more naive guys about the harsh realities of the female psyche and experience.
Anyways, the site is called Thought Catalog, and I'll let a sample of some of the titles of pieces written by women speak for themselves:
"The Five Different Roles I Play With Men I am Attracted to"
"Psycho Thoughts Girls Have When a Guy Does Not Respond to a Text For Days"
"People Only Like Me for My Looks and I Hate It"
"8 Ways I'll Love You"
"Thank You for Coming Home With Me"
"Bad Decisions of a Lonely Heart and Confused Mind"
"Is this Love or Depression?"
and so on...
One very recent piece is so dense with red pill wisdom that I had to just post an excerpt here (emphasis mine):
Bonus: the comments sections and anonymous confession posts might even be more telling than the published articles

I find these posts to be fascinating, if slightly unsettling, reads. The truth can be harsh, but failure to accept it is even worse. This isn't to say that there aren't very thoughtful and positive pieces about love and sex written by some ladies on there, as well, but that's not the purpose of this post. From "The Transformative Power of a Good Bone"
For the ladies at least, once you’ve had a good one in you, there’s some kind of physical science (more than just post-coital endorphins) that makes you absolutely bat**** crazy. This is the same science that makes us neglect nice guys and good conversationalists in lieu of brooding musicians that throw you back up against the wall, bite you so hard you cry out, before bending you over and giving you just the right pace on the forward thrust.
These guys, the ones that know what they are doing (forget that a–they know what they are doing because they’re doing it to you and the six other girls they’re also dating and b–they don’t really know how to do much else), have kryptonite ****s. That’s right; they’ll make the strongest, most rational amongst us melt into blubbery, needy messes.
“Why hasn’t he called?” You’ll shout at no one in particular, repeatedly. When he finally does call, 10 days later, you’ll Speedy Gonzalez to his side, erasing the last week of chain smoking, wine drinking, and moaning to your friends about how he left you high and dry. And that’s just independent, rationally minded chicks–you’re completely ****ed if you’re already a hyper emotional, anxious person.
