Forearms?

Anyone know some good exercises that work the forearms that can be done with free weights. Thanks

yea they will be strong from compounds BUT they will look much better if you hit them directly.
Try behind the back wrist curls with a barbell, go HEAVY with a regular rep-range (whatever is regular for you)

Yes, that is very good. I do that then after i take heavy dumbells in each arm and hold them until they drop. Burns like hell but it works pretty good.

try this on for size-

DO 5 GIANT SETS TO FAILURE (8-10 REPS)
NO REST BETWEEN EXCERSIZES
DO TWICE A WEEK

WRIST CURLS (BARBELL)
REVERSE CURLS
HAMMER CURLS (db)

hang cleans also work forearms tremendously as well
