Yes, that is very good. I do that then after i take heavy dumbells in each arm and hold them until they drop. Burns like hell but it works pretty good.KillingTime said:yea they will be strong from compounds BUT they will look much better if you hit them directly.
Try behind the back wrist curls with a barbell, go HEAVY with a regular rep-range (whatever is regular for you)
