my forearms grew alot from doing chinups and curls. I never did any direct forearm work or nothing though. But you gotta remember everybody is different yours might grow from doing heavy deadlifts.

Wrist rollers are AWESOME for forearms. You'll feel them pumped up right after you use it. It's a great exercise and I highly recommend it. Use heavy weights so that you can only finish the up and then down with the weights. Check if your gym has it, otherwise buy or make your own.

Deadlifts.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Personally I do not.

My forearms have grown plenty from doing exercises such as deadlifts, shrugs, pullups, and stiff legged deadlifts.

I have to do isolated exercises for my forearms or else I can't work with free weights at all.

you have to work the wrist flexors, the brachioradialis, and the wrist extensors to get proportionate forearm growth.

excercises:

2 sets wrist curls - 8 reps
2 sets reverse wrist curls - 8 reps
3 sets of hammer curls - 8 reps or reverse curls with barbell

some parts of the forarm need isolating because deadlifts and chins and other compounds dont stimulate the whole forearm.
