Wassup guys. yeah. hmm got questions. Are forearm exercises neccesary? Isnt deadlifts, curls, and other exercises already giving forearms a good workout? If not where should i put my forearm exercises?
My split is like this:
Monday: back/bicep
Wednesday: chest/tricep
Friday: Legs/shoulder
