...Im thinking of starting a powerlifting journal type deal in there, but want to know how interested people would be in it or if everyone just wants to stick with the bodybuilding type stuff.
I'd be most interested in a food journal if you want to include that. I have trouble coming up with good ideas for meals and I don't like depending on suppliments.
Im gonna take that as a vote for no on the thread then, my and my roomates(also into powerlifting) meals consist of roughly 2/3rds taco bell, the rest is various meats, potatos and pasta hahah
LOL that's fine then. I'd love to see if you can actually gain much muscle mass on a Taco Bell diet. If you could buy a simple fat calaper and include your BF% in your reports that'd be great.
