For those who have stopped Masturbating

I know alot of guys here planned or are in the process of quitting masturbation all together. I was curious how that is going for you guys. Is the sex better? Are you hornier? Do you get limp less during sex due to higher sex drive?

Tell me all the benefits of quitting that you've experienced.

The only way i can not masturbate is if I'm busy ALL the time and dont' get a chance to... I live with my gf so sex is always available. However, I do shift work and our schedules sometimes don't overlap a lot so I take care of it myself.

My sex drive is too high to not jerk it. I find when I stop for a couple of days sometimes I get so horny I have trouble focusing on stuff because all i think of is sex. I also pop a lot easier during sex when I don't do it ...

I don't really understand why guys want to stop masturbating. Like anything else, what's wrong with doing it in moderation?

It's really hard for the first few weeks. You start looking at all the girls like pieces of meat. It's awful. It's actually a withdrawal cycle that includes other things like anxiety, insomnia, and other stuff.

If you can get past that, though, you start feeling a lot better about yourself. But it's hard to do.

So the long-term effects are really good, but short-term effects suck, which is why most people cave after a couple weeks. They need masturbation to feel normal.

But yeah, in general you feel hornier even after having quit.

What I have been doing is cutting back, not cutting it out altogether. I only do it like once every 2 days or so. I know that I wouldn't be able to last without it, so this is my solution. I also quit porn.

I think quitting porn is the all around best thing to do. I have heard of guys that cant do their thing without their hand but i think that's pretty rare. But I think it's more common to have a messed up perception of beauty because of porn.
