Last night had a big downer from my previous "high" - talk about an ego destroying comment!! and before that..well, wont go there but i think i hit the bottom (fkn oneitis BIGTIME all while being an AFC), just wish i knew then what i now know.

Well ive just come out of oneitis (well, nearly there!) and i was just thinking bout all the poor guys who are in the middle of it all at the moment!

The prob with me is that i go out every friday and saturday night in town and she's there! But it gets easier. Altho seeing her kissing that prick shes kinda seeing can be hard! But ill find someone better! Everyone will!

I know EXACTLY how you feel.

I live in a pretty small town outside Sydney, so it's hard not running into the same people all the time.

We used to go to the same club, dance the night away together there all the time - it was great. Problem is, it's the only decent club in town.

Now, she always used to go there, like EVERY weekend, thats where i met her, thats where i broke up with her. And thats where im probably going to see her kiss some other guy

Baahh, im still not over her!

But..i deserve better, and have some HOT possibilities "beeping" on my DJ radar

You think thats bad? I've had to see a girl every day for 2 weeks that I initially had no interest in, now due to the proximity of her all the damn time I can't get her out of my head.

So I said **** it and asked her out today, not expecting much but at least it will get her out of my head.

What if you're on a downer for like 4 years? What if no matter how hard you try, you just keep getting rejected? What if you feel like you're doing everything right, but for some reason, you just keep getting rejected?
I think some downers might just be incurable. I have given up.

When I look back at the girls I once had one-itis over I can't help but shake my head, in retrospect it was so stupid, they weren't even 1/10th as crash hot as I thought they were at the time, it was just the whole 'rose colored glasses' effect.
