YOU GUY SHOULD DO SOMETHING SO THAT EACH MEMEBER HAD AN ICON OR PICTURE THEY COULD UPLOAD AND WOULD BE SHOWN WHEN THEY POST ON THE LEFT ALONG WITH THE OTHER STUFF... I THINK THIS WILL MAKE THE SITE BETTER!!!
