okay here is a fast way to get super duper cut for all you skinny guys. i am gonna restart this program myself but with minor changes to it.

but if you are a scrawn ball this will work wonders.
i am 5'6 140 lbs. with a thin frame so it works really well for me.
i am also about 6-8% bodyfat

here it is-

*buy a deck of cards
*a tub of 100% whey ( i use optimum nutrition)
*a gallon of juice,whatever is fine as long as it has alot of sugar

here is the routine-

PUSH UPS-deck of cards ( averages 450)
CRUNCHES/LEG LIFTS-100
SQUATS-100


if you have access to a pull up bar or want to buy one
that attaches to your door frame you will see more results.


PULL UPS-100
do as many as you can ;say it's 5 do 5 then 5 more thats 10 and keep on doing it until you reach 100 -same with crunches and squats

in my own personal workout i do
deadlifts-10 x F
power cleans- 5 x F
every wednesday



here the workout-
first thing in the morning
on an empty stomach


PUSH UPS-
file all the books in order spades,cloves etc. or just shuffle the
deck.place deck in front of you and face them down so that the
back of the deck is facing you.
get in the push ups position.
i like the "diamond" hand position where my pointing finger and my thumbs form a diamond shape, on my knuckles
are the second favorite and i also do it with my feet elevated on a chair with both types of hand placements.alternate.

flip the card , says 10 do 10, flip the next ace thats 10,
the next is 7 , do 7 and so on until you are done.
rest only enough to breath and stretch.
but the main goal is to go through the enitire deck non-stop.
this is tough but stick through it, in two weeks you will thank me.

CRUNCHES/LEG LIFTS-100 TOTAL

SQUATS-100, BUT WORK UP SLOWLY TO 2-300 at a time.

PULL UPS-if you have the door attatchment .i use a permanent
one

afterwards mix up a scoop of whey and a half into 16oz. of juice.
drink

an hour later have a high protein/carb meal
could be a big meal small meal it really dosen't matter.
just eat something with protein and carbs.

in about a good month you should be ripped beyond
belief, since skinny guys are already skinny the muscle
shows instantly.and with all the volume work from
push ups, the body becomes a sponge to nutrients
and almost all the food turns to muscle.

you won't be mr.universe with the routine but it
WILL get you super cut like bruce lee status.

the cool thing about this routine is that you don't have
to eat tons of food or work out for hours to
get the results you want, you can just eat normally-
as long as you eat a serving or two of protein a day.
you could get ripped in as litte as two weeks.

for a real shock to spark the body into new growth
do the above routine M/F for two weeks.
then only monday and thursday for two weeks
and then M/W/F for three weeks and then repeat the cycle.
you will be sore for the first couple days and feel like
crap but by the second week you will feel better.
in a month , you should be ripped to shreds.

this isn't the most exciting routine but it WORKS.
try it and let me know how it goes.

The things you post are good, but the context isnt right.

Skinny guys dont need to cut, they need to gain weight.

Agreed. Skinny guys have the metabolism to keep themselves lean while building muscle.

Really, there's no excuse for a skinny guy to ever have to diet. They must've abused their diet stupidly.

this is NOT a diet, this is a way for skinny guys to start where they are at
RIGHT NOW and where they are at in terms of how there body is-skinny. eat as they do and STILL see more
results that they would if they were to eat a ton and drink
weight gainers all day.sounds impossible, i know-
but it WORKS.
i have a feeling that there are ALOT of skinny guys out there
that are taking weight gainers with no results and wasting money-or that they NEED some sort of supplement before they
even start.


i been through that route, i know the routine works because i have used it many times to get in top shape ...quick.
when you can visually SEE how good someone that weighs only 130-145 lbs. of SHREDDED MUSCLE looks like it MAY change alot of peoples minds about the whole bulking up thing.

i think too many people are under the impression that
one needs to be super buff to have a "nice body"
or buy all sorts of 3000 cal weight gainers
& eat huge ammounts in order to look good in the mirror.

like i said-
this routine works because it starts people where they are
at "right now" and SEE incredible results in a few weeks.
too many "skinnys" buy supplements and then use them
and then see no results no matter how hard they try or
how much they eat.

how many times have you ever read/heard that one?

looking at the program one may think that someone
would lose weight.When in actuality the weight
may stay the same but the muscle/fat ratio totally changes.


if anyone of you skinny guys doubt this , aside from everything
else -do PUSH UPS & crunches as instructed as a bare
minimum and i can gaurantee you will see
results in a week. IF you do it every morning.
you don't even have to take whey afterwards..
just drink a big ol' glass of juice.
and you will STILL SEE rapid results

once you see rapid results within the first week,heck maybe
the next day..you will also be convinced!

i have to WARN YOU that you will be extremly sore the first
few days but it's vitaly important to work through it no matter
what...this may be counter intuitive to everything you are
taught through conventional bodybuilding , but it is a
valuable "scarring" or "scabbing" phase that toughens/conditions
your muscles up by rapidy breaking them down first.

as a motivator, imagine your body being a sponge for nutrients
when you are as sore as you are and that everything you are
eating goes STRAIGHT to the muscles.Because it IS.
within a few days you will be NATURALLY
hungry from this type of training so you will instinctivly
eat more anyways..always a plus.



Follow the routine as perscribed and you WILL see results.
anyone that doubts it needs to just try it...
you WILL like what you see in the mirror in a couple days.

and i have DONE IT ALL. from HIT to volume to the whole
bulk obesssion thing and six meals a day.This routine is based off of tons of time, trial & error and learning.
i know everyone is different and responds differently.
but i am convinced that this routine will bring about
results virtually overnight-
heck, i feel like starting my routine AS WE SPEAK!!

this by no means is ever meant to take the place of
weights or working out at the gym,but is a way to
get super shredded really quick - then hit the
weights in the gym already in tip top condition.
it lays down a perfect foundation to BUILD OFF ON.
But i for one choose to stay on such a program because of it's effectivness.
both long term & short term.

i suggest all skinnys try it at least four days straight
just so they can "see" and "feel" the results.
another tip is to eat really starchy carbs like baked/mashed potatoes, or even french fries an hour or so afterwards.
and then a hearty meal for dinner.

i need to get a photo scanner or digtal cam to post up some
pics!

Loads of times. In my experience, the whiner's daily cal intake was at about 2500 with 100g of protein.
