"Best" is subjective.

It depends on the type of club also the type of women you want to attact.

Let me ask you a questions...sit back relax, think of the club and act out in your mind striking up a great conversation with a HB. She is totaly into you and the you take her the sweaty dance floor...keep up for mojo now...she is all over you. Nicely done, she sends you a smile thats makes you feel you've just won the lottery..so you end up with a night of passion back at your place!

Which clubbing gear were you wearing?

Only you know the answer!

The key is to wear clothes that YOU love and make you feel confident. I could tell you to go out and buy my $1200 Boss jacket but who I am to tell you what to wear lol.

Here's my advice:

1) If in doubt, check out the clubs website and to see the environment you'll be in.

2) Although I rarely take womens advice, the times I do is when I go shopping for clothes. I trust the experts.

3) Where clothes that make you feel like the man.

As within, so without. As without (some great theads) so with in !

Don't try to dress like the younger guys - you'll look like a "tryhard" and will look out of place.

A nice shirt and slacks will do fine.

Leave that "peacocking" crap to the clowns

Ditto, dress how you feel comfortable, but be stylish, don't try to look like a frat boy when you are 12 yrs. senior.

I agree.

Be comfortable. I mean I can tell you from experience there were times I walked into a club wearing a suit and got NO LOOKS. I MEAN NONE. Damn.

Then I realized as long as you're loose and confortable you'll have more enjoyable experience. Let's face it everyone is going into the place looking their best. It's not a fashion show.

Man, wear a nice shirt and trouser combination. Just like Flint said.
Find out if the place gets hot or has AC. If it's a sweat box then tank top T shirt undernearth.

Finally..F the dumb it. Use a fragrance very lightly. If it gets on your clothes the better.
