This is for those who have the balls to get the f*** out there and, even tho they don't approach, they want to.

Get a big piece of cardboard, prefferably a 2' x 2'.
Get the biggest magic marker you can find, or electrical tape.
Using these tools, make a sign that reads: FREE HUGS
Go to any public place with a high traffic of people, showing your sign.
Do this for 3 hours straight.

Looks like my message was not clear, but this excercise is NOT to enhance your game.

It is to reduce your Approach Anxiety.

Approach Anxiety: The overwhelming fear of approaching a set.

You cant practice anything thats on the DJ Bible if you can't even make the initial approach. This is where this comes in.
