Add fats to your diet in the form of healthy oils: olive, flax, sunflower for example. Add these to your protein drinks and then you don't need to worry about preparing an extra meal or whatever, just drink it down as you normally would. This is how I'd get in extra calories if my basic diet wasn't gaining me weight. (i.e. I wouldn't add carbs or protein)

We would like for you to do some research and investigation on your own. If you aren't willing to put forth the effort it takes to find a list of what foods are calorie-dense (about 30 seconds and 3 clicks in google) what makes you think that other people are going to do it for you?
