recently there was a thread that divided people between either doing morning cardio on an empty stomach or on some water based fruit. either way, i have a more general question.
say i'm trying to lose some fat while maintaining/increasing strength, hopefully gaining muscle as well. i've skipped on the cardio for a while, so obviously fat has appeared. now im still on the rippetoe mwf split, and im adding some basic cardio training in between
T/Th will be the work capacity workout on rosstraining http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/workcapacity101.html (this **** is hard)
20-30mins MAX, only because any more and ill be a pile of sludge.
on the weekends, just some moderate jump roping, paybe 20-30 mins as well.
now the question i have is doing morning cardio more effective than doing night cardio? in the morning i feel sluggish and i usually shower before i sleep, but if it is more effective, ill switch.
also, if i do end up doing night cardio, does it matter if i eat afterwards, a full meal i mean?
