Lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain wheat bread, wholesome foods. Basically all the stuff your mother would be happy to feed you. As with most people, it's the junk that kills you.

I want to do both... but im pretty sure its the food thats holding me back, and i have been looking around for somewhere to learn to cook so i can prepare my own healthy meals... but for the time being while im starting getting a whole healthier lifestyle i need healthy things to eat that arent to hard to prepare.

Am i am quite good with fruit most days i will have a few bananas and a few apples.... i read the "Cutting guide" theres alot of good advice in there by the looks of it but not much todo with actual dishes i should be eating.... saying eat more protene to someone who doesent cook and doesent really know whats in most foods (im working on it.... ) is like saying the rear axel is distorted and is affecting the HP output to someone who has no interest in cars. :) bad analogy but you get the point...

Sazuko, I'm impressed. Instead of saying "uh. . . eat better" you went out and did something really helpful. Good job man

Good work Sazuko.

TheDonUK - Good job getting yourself into shape. Let us know how things go. Also, Check out the site that Sazuko got those links from. They have pretty good advice there too.
