I DID weigh around 180 but since I got sick from Fri-Sun, I now weigh at 170 flat. I hate it when you work hard and then you get sick and get dropped back a few steps. I went to the gym today(Mon) and I recognized slight fatigue in my workout, even a scary blackout while lifting up dumbells for incline press. My strength did not really change much that I could see, was able to do my normal routine.
