Side splits, then bring legs in a little closer, but still spread, bend forward at the waist. Turn and grab each leg. Then do a hurdler stretch, one leg bent, one leg forward. Bend forward, then bend back, switch legs, do the same. Stand on your fingers, and try to stand up. Stretch the calves. Straiten your legs and bend over at the waist. Bridge.
Hold each for 20+ seconds and do not bounce.
