I recently bought Flax Seeds.

Anyone know information about it? I've surf the net a bit but all I could find is that it's healthy and it's a good source of Omega 3.

I also heard there's some protein, so I guess it's good for bulking up?

And what do you eat them with?

I mix them with oatmeal or pour them up in a glass and drink.

The last one is for women of course but Flax seeds are a good choice. I use to buy Uncle Sam's cereal at Walmart and they stopped selling it as it was a good source of Flax seeds not sure the deal but as for me I'm sick and tired of reading cereal labels that are full of sugars and ingredient that are not good for the body. But you can add Flax seeds to your cereal.

Hope this helps.

To get the most out of flax seeds you need to grind them. (to extract the oil) The body can't break down the seeds themselves. The oil is easier to take
