Flake after weeks?

So to start, I am in high school, but I don't think this is necessarily a high school type problem, and no one in that forum ever has good advice, so here we go.

I have been seeing this girl for about 4 weeks, that I met randomly at a party different school and whatnot. Well I have been hanging out with her every weekend for awhile. She told me she liked me many times and I reciprocated, playfully ie ("i like you a lot" and I would say "yeh I kinda like you too), but it was established that we were kinda into each other. Last weekend I even slept over with her twice, but not much happened cuz she was sick and I didnt feel like catching anything haha.

Recently (Monday), I called her and she wasnt feeling too good and the conversation sucked. So I just didnt call her tues/weds. Now when I try and call thursday she doesnt answer and even worse hangs the phone up after 3 rings. I leave a message and let it at that. I assumed if there was a good reason she would just call back sometime. Now I call again tonight and again no answer so I leave a message basically saying you can call me, but im not calling you, nicer than that but that was the basic idea.

This whole situation kinda baffles me, we had such good times and I really felt something coming on. I dont let myself fall for girls easily but I guess I kinda got attatched after hanging out for awhile. It isn't totally a problem, I hook up with girls at parties quite a bit, but she was def. the cutest one I've been with in awhile so I'm kinda disappointed in what has happened.

Can anyone offer an explanation or a better course of action?

As a much older man with experience, my suggestion is dont rattle your brain trying to figure out why she doesn't seem interested anymore or trying to figure out women in general. She probably just got bored, has personal problems, likes someone else, etc. Who knows. You are a high school kid. You are at the prime of your life. You should be looking to score with as many young hot high school bythches as possible rather than worry about some random girl you met at a party. High school is not the time or place to settle down with anyone person.

If she is interested, she will call back. In the meantime, forget about her. There are many girls just as cute or even cuter out there with better personalities.
