Fix the plataeu now or next week?

Today, midway in my workout it finally clicked and I realized I hit a plataeu. I decided to finish the day anyways, since I was already done with all of my chest exercises.

It's monday, and I still have to work out on Wednesday (legs), and Friday (back and bicep). Should I start my alternate workout routine on Wednesday, or just go through the week normally and start it on Monday?

How long have you been on this routine without a break or a deload.

Also, post the routine and what numbers you are doing for the exercises. Also post the routine you were thinking of moving onto.

id consider takin the rest of the week off and then starting, fresh next week around. Or atlest easing the reps through out the rest of the week. u should get a better pump going into ur new routine what ever u chose to do.
