Straight up, what do you hope to achieve within the next 8760 hours?
My goals are to get back on the treadmill to shed the fat I gained in 2006. Did alot of freeweight work this year and put on 10lbs of lean muscle mass. Time to reveal all my hard work to the world.
Gotta start eating clean again as well.
Steps:
1. Cardio, and lots of it. 5 or 6 days a week.
2. Want to put on another 5 - 10lbs of muscle this year, and shed that last 10lbs of stubborn fat.
3. Will not touch coke/pepsi etc. in 2007. That's a hardline thing im sticking to. As little as possible of the chips and munchies. As much steak, tuna and eggs as I can manage, and fresh vegetables every day.
4. Start self-defense training, Muay Thai looks effective. If anybody has info on it, drop me a line
