Alright so lately i've been taking my fish oil pretty religiously and i think it's working...my skin looks better (i think, but it might just be the placebo effect, who knows) anyway, i noticed a slight fishy smell when i sweat now. Like, Hell No. I don't like it. How do i get rid of it? I've been taking normal fish oil capsules.
Do the odourless ones make a difference, apart from their 20-30% increase in price?

Also, Shoulder... why the fck are they so hard to grow?! I do (sets, 6-8reps)
x4 military presses
x4 dumbbell presses
x4 dumbbell side raises (or w/e they called)
x4 barbell lateral raises (or w/e they called)
x3 rear pulls
x3 cable rear pulls
x3 machine presses
x3 front raises

I normally stay around the 3 - 4 set range. Do i just need to lift heavier? Go all freaky beastmode and RAGE? ... i think i need a partner for the shoulders and benches.

btw, fck you fat. It's a fcking chore getting down to 7-8% bodyfat when it's hard to squeeze in cardio on top of weights. You guys normally do cardio straight after weights right?

I don't know about the sweating part, but the odorless fish oil capsules sure help get rid of the "fishy burp" problem. As for the shoulders, with that being my strong point, I would recommend heavy, standing babell military presses, standing behind- the neck persses, seated dumbell presses in which you begin each rep with your arms so that your wrists are facing your face, and rotate your arms to how you would normally finish the exercise. follow these off with some heavy shrugs and a set of standing lateral-side raises. at the top of the lateral-side raisesyou bring the dumbells together in a butterfly-like motion, bring it back and then lower and repeat. these should turn your shoulders into cannonballs in no time.
