So I had sex for the first time. It was hard for me to get hard. And i went on for 2 hours without cvmming. Possibly because I was nervous? I wacked off earlier the morning of, so idk. Any suggestions?

We are on the same boat keeprolling. And yeah its from being nervious. Its hard to get up and sometimes I dont even cvm. My first time I didnt even get close to cvming.

Iv been working on kel(?) exersises and seen some improvement in just one week. Try it out and please let me know if you find anything else that works.
