Fieldwork's 500

I've been lurking around this board and others for awhile. I don't post much. I was one of those guys that always got along with people and could make friends easy, but always had trouble getting girls even though i look pretty good (about 7-8 depending on the girl)

Anyhow i've used all the knowledge and did a good deal of fieldwork and ended up getting myself into an LTR.

I enjoy my LTR a lot but i feel as though i'm becoming needy, clingy, jealous, all the things that i worked so hard to get rid of. I'm also focusing on her to much. As a result were having less sex.

So to save myself and maybe even my LTR i'm doing 500 approaches. Who knows how long this will take...but i'm going to do it. I won't fill this forum up with day to day reports, instead I'll post my progress every 5 days or so.

I'm also going to start doing things for me and spending more time with other people...i'll be posting that stuff on a different forum though. Well enough talk, 500 approaches starting now!!!

 

[Fieldwork]

1. Chick from my dorm. I kind of knew her at the beginning of last semester but stopped talking to her. She basically opened me while i was on the way back to the dorm. The conversation was pretty basic. I had just taken a test so I talked some about that and blah blah. Nothings to really say for this must of lasted about 3-4min. Even though it was lame I’m still counting it as an approach since it was a girl i forced myself to talk to that wasn't my gf.


2. I talked a bit to another girl from my dorm. I could have been pretty tight with her but she’s another person I eventually stopped talking to. Although she still comes to my room to hang out if i have people over. So our conversation was about last sat night, lasted about 4-5min. Wasn't special either but at this point its someone other than my gf.


3. I saw this guy with a huge dog on campus. I notice a girl in front of me looking at the dog while walking so i open her by saying..thats a huge dog. She says yeah it is. It got pretty dull after that, i asked her how her day was etc and ended up having to go the other way so it ended short....1min?


4. I did one today that was really lame. I see this blonde up ahead so i open by asking her how her day has been, she says good but cold since it was pretty cold. Any how she wasn't really talking and that messed me up, i asked her about her classes but she was all standoffish so i let it go.



The only reason i'm counting these lame ones as approaches is because its a start and its better than doing nothing at all. About 8months ago i was approaching all the time and had pretty good results.

Right now i'm feeling nervous and uneasy during the approaches. I'm sure i'm coming off the same way to the chicks.


5. Talked to another girl I kind of know in my dorm. Talked about college bball and just kind of caught up since ..yeah.. another person I sort of blew off gradually since dating my gf. And it seems like I’m blaming my gf for this but I’m not, its my fault for being a afc and stopped approaching since I was in an LTR.


6. Opened this girl walking on campus. She was really friendly and the conversation went well. I needed to relax more though and not eject like I did. It lasted about 4min and then I ejected for no reason I should of stayed with it.

7. My next approach on campus was this pretty hot blonde girl. She was in a sorority and started talking a lot about that. She was asking me to repeat a few things I was saying, that was a good reminder for me to project my voice and talk slower. Any how that conversation went good, ended when she went into the library.

8. Last approach on campus, the girl was so so and it barely lasted 30sec since it started raining and she went into her dorm, but I still opened so i’ll count it.


I may go out tonight to a club so i'll be able to get a lot more.

Let's hope so. At this rate it'll take you ~984 days (or about 3 years) to finish.

I'm going to be at least at 5000 in 3 years, just gotta tweak the rate


Did 12 so far today. They were on a college campus.


9-She was friendly, ok conversation, i was a bit nervous.

10- Don't remember

11- Fine fine chick HB 9, was really cool, she was very chatty.

12- Went good, she was really into talking, i could of closed her easy

13- Don't remember

14- Don't remember

15- Another hot chick wearing some really tight spandex pants ...went good, i felt myself being a lot more relaxed at this point

16- Don't remember

17- Ok chick, lasted long

18- Don't remember

19- Don't remember

20- Don't remember


Obviously the ones i remebered stood out the most, the rest pretty much all seemed the same so i can't remeber one conversation from the next.

My goal for each approach now is

* Has to be at least 2min long
* Be relaxed
* Imagine doing sexual stuff w/her before opening


I'll tweak the goal about every 15-20 or so approaches

Good approaches so far today. At first i thought i would post every 5 days but i'm going to post on a daily basis now when i have them fresh in my head.


1st approach Went fine but didn't last long enough

21- Conversation was good, went blank and didn't know what to say a few times but i made an effort to relax and just let the conversation flow.

22- She was really friendly and talked a lot.

23- Really hot chick with a nice ass. After i opened her she put a lot of work in the keeping the conversation going, more than most girls have done. Lasted for awhile.

Goal= The same
