im getting a tad confused on fiber. i know one absorbs water and helps your **** better (soluble?) and the other wont tell us what they do!
so whats the difference? ive noticed i need to wipe less when i get high intakes of fiber.
the only rich sources of fiber i know are oats and beans. are there any other tasty foods too, because im getting sick of oats. unless, of course, it is coated with beef.
also, beans. thats a good carb right? eat them all you want all the time, even in carb timed diets? (same with good veggies?)
