I dunno, I mean I am friends with certain female friends that I wouldn't date. We do have established boundaries, but eventually will come a time where they may pull something that would piss you off the same way a woman you wanted to date.
Like one time this female friend I've known for a while. She doesn't date much, she has 2 kids she's taking care of...we probably hang out for lunch once every several months to catch up. She's into Star Wars as I am as well. One day she told me she made the leap and purchased a slave leah outfit. She should me a link to the outfit on Amazon (or something) and I was like, "Cool...I get dibs on seeing it in use!"
And she goes, "lol..no, it's for personal use...only between me and my future partner." Apparently, she's the shy and modest type.
And I'm like "Really? A costume that's meant for public viewing, you're going to hold out on other Star Wars fans?"
It's not sexy lingerie meant for a future partner...it's a costume.
I told her, "I would have preferred you not telling about it to begin with. Kind of pointless to say something and then not actually make use of it."
I have another female friend that's really acting up when making plans, but that's kind of on par with a lot of friends I know, both male and female.
I dunno, what are your thoughts on this.
Someone told me female friends are just like girlfriends, you can get all the drama and frustration...but just minus the sex. LOL.
