Sometimes in my leg day, I start feeling dizzy without any reason, today i just finished squating and there you go, seeing everything in yellow, feeling like sh*t, almost about to faint, also i didn't use LOTS of weights (deadlifted and squated 120 lb., leg pressed 280 lb)and since im bulking (131 lbs at 5.4 ft, yea im small haha) i'm eating a lot.
Is this a sign that i'm doing something wrong? (my form is correct according to the gym instructor)

Sometimes that can happen when people perform the Valsalva Maneuver. Actually... It DOES happen. BUT, I cant say if you are doing that though.

What that entails is basically you are closing off all airways. You close your nose and mouth and push. Pretend you're an old person delivering the mail. That's what a former exercise phys teacher used to say. Basically TAKING A CRAP. You push and close your mouth and nose and there you go. You faint or get dizzy. It happens in older adults. The change in BP (blood pressure) and blood flow drastically change when you do that. Now add that on top of moving up and down in a squat rack, and many people do that.

So IF you notice yourself doing this, BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE. Too many people DONT breathe believe it or not.

It could also be to not eating. Some people if fasting the whole night or say your last meal was 10pm and then you go into the gym on an empty stomach and go all out, it is possible to get dizzy.

I used to get that a lot when I did power cleans. I actually passed out a couple of times. I'm pretty sure I wasn't taking enough time between sets. It still happens once in a while.

Thats what happens when you lift heavy, I don't feel like going into detail of why it happens but it happens to me all the time on my max lifts.

Completely normal. When you feel yourself passing out sit down quick !!!

explosive training is the one of the best examples of exercises that leave you susceptible to fainting. It happens often but its not a bad thing, just means you know to push your bodies abilities to an optimum/maximum level.

or lay down, feet propped just above your head, if possible.

it's not much more complicated than blood/oxygen not getting to your brain.

yeh i would agree those are all good answers. adequate hydration, circulation, oxygen and pre-workout nutrition are all important to maintain a good flow of blood to the brain. the main reason i've had a similar problem is not warming up properly for a really heavy bunch of sets
