When is Fedor's next fight?

I watched Bret Rogers get his butt thrown around in the ring last night by the reigning champ and put him away in the 1st round which was a very impressive fight to say the least.

The champ now is Okeem or something like that a very muscular fighter and this was his first fight back after 2 years and made Rogers look amature.

They talked about Fedor has a fight with a guy named Butler but they want the reigning champ to line up with Fedor.

Personally I don't think there is a man on this planet that can beat Fedor...can someone tell me differently.

yawn...another ufc fan boy, who hasn't a CLUE about ****.

Fedor is a top level MMA athlete comparable to some of the greatest athletes in other sports in his own respective right, I scoff at the idea of some one implying he's just all "hype".

Yep, wow you're so knowledgeable about MMA!!! So naive to ignore the facts he has beaten Mirko Crocop(absolutely an awesome fight if you haven't seen it) when he was @ his peak in PRIDE, that he destroyed Tim Sylvia in what was it 30 secs? That he literally left Minotauro Nogueira a mess (one of the best Brazilian jiu jitsu practicioners)

Bret Rogers " I know Fedor can beat me again"

Here’s a list of guys that all said Fedor is the best fighter in the world…

BJ Penn
Shogun Rua
Randy Couture
Frank Mir
Georges St. Pierre
Jake Shields
Bas Rutten
Kevin Randleman
Mark Coleman
Tim Sylvia
Joe Rogan- UFC Commentator
Stephen Gross- MMA Commentator (PrideFC)
John McCarthy- Legendary UFC referee
Josh Gross- Sports Illustrated writer

A lot of people like to take quotes from fighters when they’re not saying something good about Fedor and say, “See, he said this or that about Fedor and he knows better than us.” Well, all of these guys say that Fedor is the best in the world.

Hmmm some of the best fighters/UFC commentator/awesome referee and sports writers/sports enthusiasts in the world saying he's the best and we have some random kid who watches way too much UFC, who posts on a seduction site claiming Fedor is all "hype" This is embarassingly naive and very funny.

Now go skip along and go watch some UFC re-runs while the real MMA fans discuss relevant things in the sport.

I would like to see Fedor fight Josh Barnett honestly or Brock Lesnar just to shut up all the fan boys. I think Josh could beat Brock (if it were to ever happen) so in the end Josh Barnett is a solid match for Fedor. Would be a good fight to see.

Too bad Barnett doesn't know how to cycle his steroids around fights and has gotten caught so many times. I put money 90% of fighters at a top level are using "something" most are just smarter about it than Barnett obviously.

Fedor will be fighting Fabricio Werdum on June 26.

Eventually someone will, he is getting older with age and a bit more sloppy due to not losing. Also he gets easily cut now a days in his nose every fight. It doesn't take alot now a days to win a fight with a heavyweight, one bad slip and a good punch to the face by a good skilled opponant will knock you out.

Too bad he isn't fighting in the UFC where most of the upper ashkelon heavyweight talent is fighting there. Everyone will want to see a Fedor vs Lesner fight just to see who would win.

If some of you don't know already...Fabricio beat Fedor's brother in a fight not too long ago. So there is a bit more here at stake than just "business/money". Fedor has a bit of vengeance for his little brother riding on him. Definitely will be interesting...if there's one thing you don't **** around with when it comes to a person, is their family :)...

Here's the fight with his little brother...who is also a good fighter in his own right.

 Nah, Fedor would just send his 11 year old daughter to crush you. It would only be fair, given you're just another nancy boy:box:

CarlitosWay, great post I agree 100% about Fedor being the best.

Unless I misunderstood I thought the announcers last night on showtime after the Rogers fight that Fedor would be fighting Butler in June but maybe I was mistaken.

DJDamage, I honestly believe Fedor is so good he will kick ass when he's 60 lol!

He's 34 now I just don't want his age to be the determinining factor when if ever he does loose I rather see him retiree a champ but like anything in this world there is always someone better but at this stage I don't know who that is the man isn't human. I have seen a fighter pick him up and drop him on his head and Fedor still beat the fighter as the fighter was thinking after that O know he's still breathing and he's still alive...

Bret Rogers broke his nose and Fedor still beat him I honestly believe both his arms could get broke and he would find a way to beat a fighter with his broke legs in the cage...lol!

Guess we will see but one thing is for sure I don't want to miss any of his fights the night he beat Rogers I was out of my chair cheering but sadly that night 4 hours later my dad passed away and that sucked has I waited months to see Fedor fight.

Me too. I was there. A training partner of mine fought on the undercard. He said that Anderson Silva was hanging out in the room when he weighed in. Sadly, my buddy lost his pro debut, but he still probably had the best fight of the night.

The Rogers fight was ok; it showed that he has no ground game defense at all. Arlovski was disappointing, although I am still a fan and happy to have seen him fight in person. At this point, they need to cut a 0 off Arlovski's purse and pay him about 1/10th of what he currently makes.

Fedor is an amazing fighter and may be the world's best, but I think at this moment that Anderson Silva would probably knock him out. Fedor almost lost his last fight, whereas Silva has just made everyone else look foolish and himself look bored. But at the same time, a healthy Brock Lesnar might donkey-kong-gorilla all over both of them. Nobody knows until it happens, which is what makes mma fun.

Thank you, someone who understands that Fedor would lose in the UFC Silva would most likely take it to fedor...

Now you're ****in' talking kid...Silva is prob the only guy I could see giving fedor a hard time...If it were to stay standing/striking. Spider monkey Silvacould possibly over whelm Fedor... Yet has Silvas chin ever been tested real good? Fedor doesn't have the most beautiful striking but guys have compared his hits to that of a sledgahammer...I've seen Fedor take strikes to his chin that would knock most men out upon impact but the ****in' guy is still standing!!!

Yet if gone to the ground I think it would be game over for Silva.

I thought about Anderson Silva Bible Belt and your a MMA fighter but is Fedor and Anderson Silva in the same weight class to fight? If that makes since considering we are talking MMA fights and regardless of how big or small you never know who will win in the cage.

But I still believe Fedor would make Anderson Silva a peanut butter sandwich when he woke up after Fedor chocks the ****y off his face.

You are correct that Anderson Silva does not fight at heavyweight. But if he beats GSP, then they are going to have to get creative to keep giving him competitive fights. Heavyweights often do fight while weighing far less than the 265 pound class limit. Arlovski for example is small for a heavyweight; they announced his weight at I think 240-something. By contrast, Brock Lesnar cuts 20 pounds to make 265 and probably walks into the cage at about 285. Fedor could likely cut to light heavyweight, but there is no point since he already beats all the heavyweights.

Thanks Bible Belt for making that clear.

Either way I love watching Anderson Silva and Fedor fight both are something else in the cage or ring where ever they were to fight but Anderson Silva of late seems to have gotten way to ****y unlike Fedor who just goes about his business as if going to the barn to mike cows to get the farm work done.

Anderson Silva and GSP are the two best p4p fighters in the world.

Randy Couture was calling out Fedor for years (while in his 40's) and he never came and fought him in UFC.

Crocop got knocked out in the first round by Gonzaga by a round house kick and Tim Sylvia??? come on man he was never considered a p4p best.. he just had a string of a few good wins (an old Randy Couture destroyed him anyway)

Its unfortunate that he never took on some of the best heavyweight fighers when they were in their prime like (Chuck Liddell, Randy Cou, Rampage Jackson, hell even Tito Ortiz) or there would be nothing to criticize.

Didn't Fedor say he was going to destroy Lesnar awhile ago? There was a whole bunch of talk flying around, maybe someone was stirring the pot. But I think Lesnar would rip his head off, unless he gets him in a cheesy toe lock or something stupid ala Frank Mir.

Frank Lesnar = WWF star, not MMA star, the guy is slower than a turtle, Fedor would knock him out in the first round......get real you UFC punks, Lesnar's got like what, 4,5 fights?

IF we are going to talk p4p then yeah anderson MIGHT be able to hang with Fedor but come on...that's the same thing as saying anderson could hang with Brock.

Sure Anderson is considered p4p but if you watch his fights he's way to ****y and I doubt he's taking his training seriously anymore. Fedor with the weight advantage as well as his knowledge and pretty good chin might be able to hold off anderson till he got him in a corner and started throwing haymakers.
I mean Fedor has taken some hardcore shots...whereas Anderson hasnt even been scratched let alone the weight difference of fighters that both have fought should be taken into account as well.

Also those people that said Fedor was the best some are biased....most UFC fighters will NOT blatanly say Fedor is the best since that will be promoting another fight org. Hell before the Mir/Carwin fight Mir said HE would stomp Fedor.
