Yeah that was great. He looked to be in trouble after he got that cut on his nose and Rogers was on top of him pounding away, but like every other fight he can take the hard hits and figure out the opponent's weakness and take advantage of it. That hit made me cringe, POOW!
Best fighter in the world, would love to see him fight that donkey kong Lesnar, but doesnt look like it will happen.

Great fight! I was on the edge of my seat. I honestly thought it would be a much easier win for Fedor. It looked like the first punch broke Fedor's nose and he was forced to breathe through his mouth.
MMA 'fans' that think Brock is the best in the world and don't even know who Fedor is crack me up! Not his best fight but he is the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

I think Brett Rogers surprised alot of people with not only his power (a broken nose with a jab) but also his ground defense. We've never seen him on the ground before but he did a good job avoiding a kimura, armbar, and arm triangle. He is a big boy and strong too and should have a future.
As for Fedor I guess we aren't surprised. He was composed even when it was looking bad. Alot more composed than I was anyway. He was giving up alot in weight and fighting a fairly dangerous striker but still won on his feet. Not the prettiest victory but a strong one nonetheless.

Fedor prefers guys on top on him 'pounding away', because he says when they extend their arms to do so, it gives him a chance to lock in an armbar or other arm submissions.Levex said:
